2026 opening hours

For the months of January, February and March we will be busy making in the pottery but not necessarily open our normal hours. Happy to be open by appointment so phone us to arrange or to check when there will be someone in the pottery that week.

Multi Lustre Ceramics

This Album contains pieces with more than one of my 'In Glaze Reduction Lustre' glazes on them. I started making these in response to the amazing reflective colours that are found in water. The glazes are so fluid that they do different things on different surfaces and although I am quite precise when I apply the glazes, the serendipity of what happens in the kiln makes each piece unique. I love what happens with each individual glaze and what you get when they flow over each other - kiln magic!
